According to Microsoft EVP and COO Carolina Dybeck Happe, “This project was singled out for two things that should be priorities for any AI implementation: first, it was rooted in an actual operational gap with a solution that delivered measurable benefits aligned to Microsoft priorities of quality, security, delivery and cost. Secondly, it has great potential for scale and fungibility. We’re already introducing this team to other teams in engineering and customer support who might adapt and scale the agent.”
